An experienced Sales, Customer Experience and Compliance Director - at Ford, Volkswagen, Marsh & McLennan.

 

One of the original executive team that built the Audi UK brand between 1993 and 2000 into a totally new and highly successful retail network.

 

Director of Affinity Sales at MMC during the early 2000's responsible for the introduction of Personal Lines Insurance programmes to new Affinity Group customers.

 

A director of TrustFord for fifteen years responsible for finance & insurance sales, retail sales development and customer service. Industry leading finance sales performances were achieved, along with the introduction of inspirational staff training and development activities and breakthrough CX initiatives. More latterly, Alan led a cross functional team to develop a digital sales strategy enabling all national sales enquiries to be responded to and managed remotely within seconds, both during and outside of normal working hours. The initiative proved to have been visionary during Covid lockdown when four senior managers handled all national enquiry whilst the traditional sales team (of circa 500) were furloughed.
